METACLOUD Project aims at unravelling the biological activities of clouds microorganism in addition to chemical reactions by multi-omics approaches.
In this framework, the MetaToul-FluxoMet team will focus it’s activities developing 13C-Metametabolomics to evaluate the biological activities of natural clouds consortium in presence of 13C Formaldehydes and thus provides biological dataset for clouds activities modelling
MICROMETABO Project aims at studying the influence of metabolic dialogue within the gut microbiota on host gut metabolism during early development. In this context, 3 sites of MetaToul will develop innovating appraoches (MS imaging, solid medium analysis, multi-omics analysis, network modeling) to understand the symbiotic interaction between drosophile larvae and its microbiota.
